With 13 entries we've decided to split the competition into 2 blocks. The players were seeded and then appropriately distributed into the 2 blocks. Fortunately only one slight change to the seeding was required to allow for special playing requests.

Congratulations to Kevin Owen for winning the block and Pam Owen for runner-up.
Allan Vosti had a very good final day with all three games going to 7-6 and Allan winning two of these games. Allan was his usual self complaining about the three games going the distance but is very pleased to have the two wins. Not bad for a bloke turning 90 in few days. Allan declared the following day a public holiday so he can recover from the previous two days.
Every player has a enjoyed the event tremendously and we trust the Grey Block will feel the same way.

Graham wins Bronze Brooch
18 September 2005
The Finals of the Bronze Broach played at Tempe on the 10th and 11th of September was won by Nowra croquet club’s Graham Cullen.
Graham won three games to nil making this the third year in succession that a Nowra member has won the bronze broach.
Last year’s winner was Jean pack and in 2003 John Deeves was the winner
